Legacy Yard is where the philosophy behind The Garden and The Sea becomes a physical place.
Located in Southern Dallas, Legacy Yard is our community-centered development concept bringing together local entrepreneurs, food, small business, agriculture, culture, wellness, and neighborhood commerce.
We envision a place where you can eat something good, discover a local business, meet a farmer or maker, attend an event, learn something, bring the family, and spend your dollars with people building something of their own.
The vision includes opportunities for food vendors, retail businesses, agricultural programming, community events, wellness activities, entertainment, and small-business development.
But Legacy Yard isn't simply about developing property.
It's about developing ownership.

Lawson Farms is our commitment to agriculture, food independence, value-added production, and sustainable economic development.
Working with farmers and agricultural partners, we grow and source fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, and other raw materials with the goal of transforming what the land produces into valuable food, wellness, beauty, and household products.
Our larger vision reaches beyond growing crops.
We're building connections between farmers, processing, product development, commerce, and consumers—creating more value between the soil and the finished product.
Because whoever controls the raw material owns one piece of the chain.
